Images of the $80 million penthouse located at 432 Park Avenue in a a 96-story condominium building in midtown Manhattan have been revealed. The value of the penthouse is definitely mainly because of the breathtaking   panoramic views of New York, visible from every corner.

The interior was designed by  Deborah Berke, and includes out of the ordinary amenities such as  temperature-controlled wine cellars, an outdoor terrace, and a massage room.

Dreamy $20 Million Penthouse in New York | Residential Design

sky-garage-penthouse-at-200-11th-avenue-new-york-1-600x407 If I were to design or live in a dream penthouse, this probably would be it. The lovely floor to ceiling windows and well -lit interior, gives it a dreamy and luxurious feel. The staircase is a beautiful series of bookshelves that add a special and unique character to the space. It is known as the Sky Garage Penthouse due to the fact that you have an en suite car garage with doors from the best garage door company in Vancouver, how convenient!

Jon Bon Jovi’s Soho Penthouse | Celebrity Homes

2

After selling her previous house, Heidi Klum has been reportedly looking for a new one. She has been checking Jon Bon Jovi’s $37.5 million Soho penthouse, but we still don’t know if she has the made the decision to purchase it.

The space is beyond lovely, exquisite finishing and materials, lovely terraces, and an amazing view of lower Manhattan. If that’s her budget, I don’t see why she should look anywhere else. On the plus said, it is owned by my favorite singer of all time! *sigh*

S House by Yuusuke Karasawa Architects| Residential Design

S-House-by-Yuusuke-Karasawa-Architects-10

As ‘unlivable’ as this space looks, you can’t but appreciate the strength of the architecture and daring openness of the house. Designed by Yuusuke Karasawa Architects and known as the S House, according to the Coolist: it is built for an academic client, one who has spent his years studying the networking of space and nature, and how humans interface with the space around them. The design of this home is a practice in the client’s studies, a philosophical execution of his life’s work.

The first and most obvious dilemma in such a space is that there is almost no privacy whatsoever except probably in the bathroom. But then again, this is home to someone who is unconventional in his views.

Video of Antoni Gaudi’s Basilica Completed | History and Architecture

Whenever you speak of Spain’s architecture, almost always the Sagrada Famila Basilica by Antoni Gaudi is brought up. A lovely video was featured on Dezeen last week showing a simulation of what it will look like when done. The plan is to have it finished by 2026, i.e. 100 years after the death of its architect.

I find it fascinating that until this date an ancient basilica is still being built. Imagine all the developments this beautiful structure has witnessed.
